An Introduction to Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow is now the most popular style of yoga taught today. It combines movement with breath – to create a flowing practice as you move through
the various yoga postures.
This Workshop aims to give you a gentle introduction to this type of yoga – including popular postures and sequences such as Sun Salutations and some standing balances.
Halfway through the workshop there will be a break for a drink, a chat and some homemade cake. We will end the day with some relaxation & meditation.
